Banana Muffin


  • 1½ cups Top Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • A pinch of Salt
  • 6 small Bananas (All mashed up)
  • 2 small Eggs
  • ⅓ soft Butter


  • Preheat the conventional oven to 180°C
  • Put the Top Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda & Salt into a bowl and set aside
  • Put the Sugar, Butter into the mixer and mix until fluffy
  • Slowly pour in the Eggs, Mashed Bananas into the smooth mixture.. Mix until all become smooth
  • Fold in the Flour bit by bit into the smooth mixture
  • Put the paper wrappers into the cupcakes pan
  • Scoop the mixture onto the pan evenly
  • Bake for 20 minutes until risen and golden in color
  • Once done, leave the cupcakes to cool down for a while in the pan before serving them warm
The photo looks hard on the outside and dry on the inside… Look is deceiving!! Taste tested is YummY 😀
