Scones / Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1½ cup Self Raising Flour
  • ¾ cup Whipped Cream 
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Essence

Directions

  • Mix the Flour, Vanilla Essence and Cream together
  • Knead the dough till smooth
  • Preheat the oven at 230°c
  • Place the shaped dough onto a parchment paper
  • Glaze it with cream and butter
  • Bake it for 10 to 15 minutes
