Chiffon Cake

Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Caster Sugar
  • 5 tbsp Cake Flour
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Essence

Directions

  • Put all the Eggs, Sugar & Vanilla Essence into a mixing bowl. Whip until the foam becomes stiff.
  • Slowly fold in the flour (Pour in the flour by batches ~ 3 times)
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C
  • Bake the cake mixture for 30 minutes
  • Once done, leave the oven cover ajar for 5 minutes to release the hot air before taking the pan out
  • Place the cake pan upside down and wait to cool
