Savoury Seaweed Fish Chips

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Roasted Seaweed
  • 1 pkt Dried Fish Filet
  • 1 pkt Spring Roll / Popiah Skin
  • 1 Egg
  • Some Sugar
  • Some Vegetable Oil

Directions

  • Preheat the AirFyer at 140°C
  • Beat Egg lightly with Sugar and Oil
  • Lay the Spring Roll Skin on a dry table. Spread a layer of Egg mixture
  • Lay a piece of Dried Fish Filet, add a little pressure and spread a layer of Egg mixture
  • Lay a piece of Seaweed, add a little pressure and spread a layer of Egg mixture
  • Lay another piece of the Springroll Skin, add a little pressure to tighten the sandwich
  • Cut them inti strips
  • Air-Fry them for 5 minutes first then give them a light stir. Repeat air frying of 5 minutes for 4 cycle until golden brown
  • Cool on rack, pack in air tight container then serve
