Hawaiian Delight Pizza


  • 2¼ tsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 1½ cup Luke Water
  • 3½ cup Bread Flour
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 slice Ham
  • 1 cup Pineapple (Cubes)
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • Mixed Herbs (Optional)
  • Semolina, for dusting pan (Optional)


  • Mix the Yeast into warm water. Cover and wait for 5 minutes until bubbles appear
  • Put the Bread Flour, Salt, Sugar and Olive Oil into a mixing bowl.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry mixture and mix on low speed for 10 minutes with a bread hook (Prepare to add 1 tbsp Flour each time if the dough is too wet)
  • Cover the dough and let it rise for at least 2 hours
  • Punch to release the air of the raised dough. Divide the dough into 2 and again let it rest for 15 minutes
  • Shape the dough into the ideal pizza shape that you want.
  • Use a fork to make several holes on the shaped dough. Then, slightly grease the top of each shaped dough
  • Preheat the oven to 230°C
  • Sprinkle the baking tray with Semolina
  • Apply tomato paste and add toppings accordingly. Put the Mozzarella Cheese
  • Brush some Olive Oil onto the cheese surface
  • Bake with bottom fire for 10 minutes then top fire for 5 minutes
  • Serve hot
